You won’t be overwhelmed when working with Supportive Divorce Solutions, Inc. We lead you through our easy, step-by-step process.

Consultation

At the initial meeting we listen to your concerns and identify your priorities. The goal is for you to leave with a clear idea of the process and services that we are providing you so that you are confident and well-informed.

Gather & Document Information

With our guidance, all the necessary documents and information that is needed is gathered, organized, and stored securely. We meet with you to discuss your goals and concerns in depth.

Analysis & Report Generation

We analyze the financial information and prepare reports using our Divorce Settlement Software. Based on your goals and priorities we develop financial scenarios to help meet your needs and the options for a settlement. We can also develop budgets for your interim divorce and post-divorce life.

Recommendations

We will review with you our findings and reports and make recommendations, including possible settlements. These recommendations are made to fulfill your future needs and conform to the negotiations available.

Implement

Once we have finalized the recommendations you would like to implement, we speak with your attorney or mediator to ensure your goals and concerns are understood, as well as the solutions we have created. We can also prepare you for negotiations on your own, if desired. We find that most other professionals welcome our financial expertise and reports. If needed, we will testify as an expert witness in court.

Monitor

Some clients find it helpful for us to assist them after the divorce is over. We can meet with you as needed to ensure that you are on track and confident. We can also introduce you to other professionals. These professionals may include money managers, accountants, insurance brokers, healthcare insurance professionals, and realtors to name a few. They have been vetted by Supportive Divorce Solutions and are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

Contact me via email and we will schedule your consultation at a time that’s convenient for both of us. I’ll send you an intake form to fill out and return to me before we meet.

At the Consultation

We’ll review your intake form and I’ll ask questions and learn about your situation. Before the end of the meeting I’ll recommend the services I think you’ll need and the cost.



Engagement

If you’d like to move forward with my services, I’ll send a retainer agreement. I’ll provide a list of documents that are needed and spell out the next steps.
